Careers Guidance
Our Careers Programme
At Sir Bobby Robson School, we view careers guidance as an integral part of our work. It appears as a discrete subject on all class timetables. The school’s careers programme will appear shortly as a document in the attachments section and can be accessed by pupils, parents, teachers and employers. The progress that pupils make as part of our careers programme, is monitored regularly and used to inform further work.
Our vision is to develop a learning community that broadens horizons and raises aspirations through meaningful and powerful links and contact with local employers and local businesses. Our pupils will develop and apply a range of employability skills throughout their time in school and develop knowledge and research skills to ensure future pathways are fully informed and allow a clear sense of direction.
The schools careers leader is Mr Adam Dabin who can be contacted via the school on 01473 296659 or email head@sbrschool.co.uk
We are supported by Jordan Holder | Enterprise Coordinator – Babergh, Mid Suffolk and East Suffolk | jordan.holder@newanglia.co.uk | www.newanglia.co.uk
